We bought this freezer a little over 1 year ago and it quit working We came home from camping only to find everything in the freezer was spoiled. We figured out it was the Thermostat. After calling 4 different numbers, and wasting over 1 1/2 hours of being on hold, I think we finally found a replacement thermostat. The reason being that we thought we bought a Frigidaire when actually it is a Electrolux.

I received this freezer 1 year and 4 months ago and has already stopped working. It's was the perfect size to hold everything I needed. It's unfortunate that it no longer works and Frigidaire won't fix it due to it being 4 months over the warranty. Was it only made to last just long enough for the warranty to be up? For the price paid it should have lasted alot longer.

I picked this freezer because the brand has great reviews and the footprint makes it appear small but the space inside is very generous. I can put twice as much food inside this one than I could with my old, larger "other brand" model

I bought this freezer after reading many reviews. I wanted a reliable appliance and I didn™™t want a lot noise. The Frigidaire outperformed on both accounts. It™™s full up and extremely reliable. I thought that it would make some noise but it is quieter than I could have ever expected.

We purchased this chest freezer during the COVID pandemic so we could batch cook and then freeze for future meals. This meant we could limit our exposure to others by going to the grocery store less. Our counter-depth refrigerator/freezer just couldn™™t hold that much. It took awhile for the item to arrive due to the supply and demand issues but was well worth the wait

I have only had this freezer for a couple weeks. It is a great size and fits our needs. I already had a smaller freezer that was less expensive. That smaller freezer had 2 wire hanging storage baskets .I was disappointed that this freezer only came with one basket. I had to order additional baskets.

We love this freezer! It was so easy to set up and froze quickly! It keeps everything nice and frozen and is so roomy! I kinda of wish it had and additional basket but that would be my only improvement suggestion. Ours did have a small dent in inside bottom which we didn™™t see until we got it home and took out of box but it doesn™™t seem to effect it in any way.

This purchase has exceeded my expectations. It holds a lot more than I thought it would which is great during this pandemic. I don™™t have to go to the store as much and I can stock up on sale items.
